I missed my early flight to South Korea because I over slept. I did not hear my alarm over the air conditioner which was a foot over my head. I went to the airport and went on standby for the next flight to South Korea and got on. They gave me a first class seat as it was the only one available. In Korea all the flights to L.A. were over booked so I got a flight to San Francisco. There was a lot of fog and they had canceled a few flights to L.A. I had to wait several hours and got in on standby. Finally home having arrived in L.A. only 12 hours later them I would have if I had made my flight in Hong Kong. When I left Hong Kong it was 10:00 a.m. Wednesday morning, I got to L.A. at 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday the day before I left. I am now recovering and getting ready to rejoin the working force.
